Free accounts get 5 practices per day. Premium removes the daily limit.
iOS (App Store): Open the Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → ChessMem → Cancel. Apple handles all iOS billing and refunds directly.
Web (Stripe): Sign in to ChessMem, open your account page, and use the "Manage subscription" link.
iOS purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your ChessMem purchase.
Web purchases: Email support@avdcltd.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll process a refund.
This is almost always caused by signing in with two different accounts (e.g. one Google account and a separate email). Make sure you're signed into the same account you used when subscribing. If it still doesn't update after a minute, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll fix it.
Open the app, go to your account page, and use "Delete account". This removes all your data within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
Make sure you're signed in on both devices with the same account. Sync runs automatically when you open the app and after each practice. If progress still doesn't appear, sign out and back in to force a fresh sync.
